Every word on the record. The record on your side.
Verbatim rides shotgun on every insurance call — cryptographic proof of every word, guidance on the glass in 142 ms, and a flywheel that learns which arguments win. Your reps close harder because the record is perfect.
Proof, notrecollection.
Every call Verbatim touches becomes a SHA-256 hash chain — each sentence sealed against the one before it, in wet ink that mathematics can read. Rewrite a single word, months later, and the document voids itself in public.
When a claim dispute lands in court, you don't produce a memory. You produce the record.

02
REPThe floor is locked at 3%. That part is contractual — it cannot move.

REPAbove the floor, returns track the index. I can't promise you a number beyond that.

PROSPECTFine. But I want that exact sentence in writing.

REPIt's already sealed in the call record. You'll have the signed transcript tonight.
Guidance at thespeed of speech.
No chatbot walls of text. When an objection lands, the HUD puts three calm cues on the glass — five words or fewer, 142 ms median — and gets out of the way. Reps read it in a glance, mid-sentence, without breaking eye contact with the deal.
Trained on your playbooks. Fenced by your compliance rules. It never suggests a sentence your lawyers haven't met.
Your best argument,discovered statistically.
Every guided call is an experiment. A Thompson-sampling bandit tests your arguments against live outcomes, promotes what closes and retires what doesn't — autonomously, across the whole floor. Your newest rep inherits the statistical instincts of your best one.

Q01What is Verbatim?
Verbatim is a compliance-first AI sales copilot for insurance agencies. It listens to live sales calls, seals every word into a tamper-evident SHA-256 hash chain (the flight recorder), puts short real-time guidance on the rep's screen in about 142 milliseconds, and runs a Thompson-sampling flywheel that learns which sales arguments actually win.
Q02How does the cryptographic flight recorder work?
Each sentence of the call transcript is hashed with SHA-256 against the hash of the sentence before it, forming a chain. Change a single word later and every subsequent seal breaks visibly — the record is tamper-evident by mathematics, not by policy. One click exports the transcript, the hash chain, and an independent verification script that any expert witness can run.
Q03Does Verbatim record or store call audio?
No. Audio is transcribed in-stream and immediately discarded — zero audio retention by default. What remains is the sealed text record: nothing for an attacker to leak and nothing for a subpoena to surprise you with.
Q04Will real-time guidance distract my agents?
The HUD is built for the opposite. When an objection lands it shows at most three short cues — five words or fewer — in about 142 ms, then gets out of the way. Reps read it in a glance without breaking eye contact with the deal. It never writes scripts mid-call and it never suggests a sentence your compliance team hasn't approved.
Q05How does Verbatim help with insurance compliance?
State-by-state scripting rules (NAIC-aligned) are enforced before a suggestion ever reaches the rep, the sealed transcript gives you defensible evidence in E&O disputes and DOI examinations, and the courtroom-ready export produces the record plus its verification tooling in one step. Deployment options include EU data residency and on-prem for carriers with strict perimeters.
Q06How do I join the pilot program?
We are onboarding five founding agencies this quarter. Book a demo through the intake form — it's a 20-minute call where we put your playbook live on the HUD. Pilots run 21 days with your real call flow and your compliance rules.
Your agents shouldn't fear the recording. It should be their best witness — and your fastest closer should train every new hire without saying a word.
